Job Description

                  • Southport and Formby Health is a local healthcare company that specialises in the provision of clinical and support services with a specific focus on primary care, to all GP Practices in Southport and Formby Primary Care Network (PCN). The company also holds NHS Contracts and provides Sefton Education and Training Hub, which supports the growth and development of the primary care workforce within Sefton.The role of the Corporate Support Administrator is a full-time position and will provide administrative support across the following business areas:· The corporate team that delivers a range of business services to the Board of Directors and key corporate functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Governance and Company Secretarial.· The PCN Leadership team· Sefton Education and Training Hub

                    The post is advertised as full-time, working 37.50 hours per week Monday to Friday, however part-time applications will be considered.

                    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

                    · Provide clerical and admin support to PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Manager, Business Manager, and service leads.

                    · Deal with incoming paper correspondence and e-mail communications in accordance with standard processes

                    · Schedule and organise meetings and venues/on-line links for internal and external meetings including agendas and other resources where appropriate

                    · Prepare minutes and action points from meetings

                    · Support service managers and functional leads in the timely completion of assigned actions

                    · Collate monthly reports from services and produce management packs

                    · Create and update content for a cloud-based intranet system (Teamnet) which is used to communicate to company staff and GP practice staff across the Primary Care Network

                    · Support the Sefton Training Hub Manager in raising the profile of all training post placements in primary care

                    · Coordinate primary care student placements in Sefton by providing a point of contact for students, placement practices, Health Education North West (HENW) and universities

                    · Keep up-to-date records and liaise with the finance department relating to student placements, HENW and placement practices
