More about your role
As a Service Coordinator within our supported housing service, you will be providing basic support, advice and guidance to work with our homeless people aged 16-25 years old. You will support our service users when needed and complete administrative tasks within the office and reception to support the wider team.
You will work closely with your colleagues at the service including the Team Leader to support the delivery of a person-centred service, accurately recording information and ensuring the environment is safe and fit for purpose.

To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a support role preferably with disabled service users with various complex needs, working particularly on a 1:1 basis. An awareness of safeguarding issues is essential; you will support a busy scheme and as such need to work well in a team with your colleagues. In what can often be demanding or difficult situations you will need to remain upbeat and positive.
People who succeed within this environment are upbeat and have a good sense of humour is important. You will also be expected to demonstrate at interview an ability to assess and deal with conflicting demands within a fast pacing environment.
