About the role:
Engage ESM (Enterprise Service Management) is the ServiceNow center of excellence for Atos; a specialist IT Solutions Company experienced in the provision, design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow. Engage ESM’s all-encompassing approach includes consultancy, solutions, software resale, training, and support.
Daily responsibilities:
To achieve sales’ targets, the AM will be responsible for generating sales of ServiceNow licenses, services, and support contracts. You must be able to initiate and develop both business and vendor relationships and successfully win new logo accounts through effective planning, a variety of business development techniques and client meetings. Initially you will support members of the enterprise sales team with a view to have you up working on your opportunities within 6 months
The successful AM will do this by:
Developing a strong sales plan for their allocated territory with senior team
Identifying target prospect list for pursuit and executing against plan
Building effective relationships, within Engage ESM, with the wider Atos business and with ServiceNow
Developing an in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applying that knowledge to address specific business initiatives within the prospect
Coordinating and conducting initial and follow-up meetings, including technical resource, in a timely and professional manner
Providing prospects/customers with comprehensive proposals, including pricing and configurations to meet their needs
Managing pipeline whilst driving and closing new account business
Forecasting and reporting activity accurately and in a timely manner utilising Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
Some sales experience of selling services and product, preferably within technology.
A proven organizational capability
Willingness and quick learning potential
Ability to understand business drivers and apply to ServiceNow solutions
Energy, ambition, integrity and tenacity in equal measures
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work from own initiative and take responsibility
High level of attention to detail
